This hotel is right on the beach, so it's in a great location. It's also nicely decorated, has a pool and a restaurant. When we arrived at 3:30pm, the front desk said our room wasn't ready (even though our check-in time was at 3), so the woman at the front desk asked if we could wait 5 minutes and get a cocktail on the patio. So, we went to get a cocktail (service was slow) and 30 minutes later, our room was finally ready. We also tried using WiFi which was not working at all. Also, we realized the fruit (sitting on a basket on the table) and coffee in our room was NOT complimentary, which I feel should be if we're paying $250 a night. Thank goodness we didn't eat or drink any of it before we realized that.

Our hotel offers double rooms, suites with mountain view and junior suites with sea view. Just to clarify, guests in our suites receive a complimentary fruit basket. There is a nespresso machine in all rooms and guests are entitled to the first 2 coffee free of charge. Whatever is used from the minibar is charged to the room as is the custom in hotels. We are sorry that you did not fully understand this and we will make sure we explain it better to future guests. During your stay there was a problem with the wifi, a fault in the service of our provider and beyond our control. The hotel was left without wifi and internet for 48 hours.
