Great stay the perfect spot for a vacation in folly beach. Loved the location of the house. Check in was super easy and the house had everything i needed. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was peachful and quiet. Loved that everything was within walking distance.

Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to Bert's. Everything was so close and the house was in a perfect location. We had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this house out again. It was very spacious and clean. We had a great surprise when we got there that there was a ping pong table underneath the house. It did not show that in the pictures so when we saw that it was a awesome surprise. This house is perfect at its price point.

We loved the house. It was immaculate and in a perfect location. The beach and Main Street with restaurants and shops only takes a few minutes to walk. The restrooms at beach were closed , so I would just walk back to the house and I’m a 70 year old. There was four of us but the house easily would sleep 8. WiFi and TV’s were excellent . You won’t be disappointed with this house.

Amazing stay!!

Had the best time. Couldn’t get a better location, walked absolutely everywhere but was far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle that it was quiet at night. It was just myself and my husband, so there was absolutely more than enough room (didn’t even use two of the rooms). We are already hoping to plan a trip back and have some family members tag along. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

An Incredible Place to Stay in Folly Beach

My bridesmaids and I were looking for a place to stay for our bachelorette trip that was close to the beach but wasn't going to kill our budget and this was an incredible choice! All the decor was so adorable and made for some great pictures for our hang outs, and the fact that there were so many beds meant we were all comfortable. Lots of stores and restaurants were also in walking distance and there's golf cart rentals down the street if that's your thing! Also loved the hang out space downstairs, we played a lot of ping pong that weekend :D My only advice is to schedule your Ubers/Lyfts in advance

We love Folly Beach!

This was my first time in Charleston and this was an amazing place to stay! My cousin and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom! Since we both have a lot of kids this was a treat! The house has two outdoor options, a back deck and a screened in front porch. We spent a lot of time on both. Also it’s soooo close to the beach and to get there you pass the cutest outdoor bar - great vibes. The beach is beautiful and so is the city which we Ubered to. No need for a car and dealing with parking. You will be very happy staying here! Things I wish I knew before we visited - Bring beach towels! They have 4 beach chairs (mini ones, but they work). The house has plenty of bath towels and they give you soap, travel shampoos, coffee, etc.We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location for fun in the sun

Perfect location to explore Folly Beach on foot. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the screened porch and back porch to relax on after a day out.

Very Nice!

We had a great stay at Folly Beach in a clean, comfortable and cozy home. Plenty of room for 5 grown people. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and town. Would highly recommend!

Great location

The location was great so close to everything. The beach was about a 5 min walk. The house does need some updating like the En suite tub and shower. There was no extra blankets for a chili night. There were throw blankets but no really blankets. The outside back porch we didn’t use it was very dirty and out of date not to mention you looking into your neighbors back yard. The front porch was great to use. My biggest complaint is this is a beach house rental with NO ABSOLUTELY NO beach accessories at all. No beach chairs, towels, cart nothing. I mean at least have a beach chairs of people to be able to sit at the beach and enjoy. We rented chairs and umbrella set up from a local company but it was $50 per day and boy does that add up. I would come back and recommend this place if their were stuff to use for the beach.

Great spot in Folly Beach

Perfect location and size for five 60-somethings to hang out and explore Charleston. Easy walk to local establishments and the beach, parking was easy. Great table for card and game playing. Thanks!

Nice clean property!

House was very nice, clean and the location was great. It was close to downtown and all the restaurants. Walking distance to beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, washer and dryer everything we needed. Parking on the property was great!

Perfect beach cottage

Cottage is clean, homey, and nicely situated. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, coffee, and the beach, but also within easy driving distance of Charleston. There is ample parking on site, and the property was well stocked upon arrival. Private laundry and big kitchen were a nice bonus. Perfect setup for us, grandparents, and a little one!

Great Location in a fun beach town

This is an excellent rental. As others have noted, the master bath is very dated by its style. But everything in this house was extra clean and well stocked. There was more than enough cookware, place settings, bath towels. Extra laundry & dishwasher pods were supplied. Gas grill worked well & all screens were in excellent condition. Things I could have used: night lights - especially for the master bath as this was on multiple levels. There did not seem to be any cable TV - the TV's we used were smart TV's. Unfortunately, I did not have all of my subscription pass words for Hulu/Netflix. I was unable to add other APPS that I subscribe to - a ROKU code was needed and my local contact never provided that. I have no problem with Smart TV - would have liked to know this in advance. The rental did not supply any other paper goods - so bring your own sandwich or storage baggies, paper plates if you like. You also need to bring your own beach supplies: beach towels, chairs & umbrella if you don't want to rent on the beach, a cooler, toys & beach buggy. You are an easy 2 block walk from the beach and a 1-2 block walk from the small grocery/supply store & liquor store. 2 blocks also brings you to multiple restaurants, bars & tourist shops. We did not need to take our car out once we arrived at this rental. Our only issue was a non-working dishwasher which we were not informed about. I would highly recommend this rental and would look to stay here again

Could have been better

Overall it would have been a great stay. Unfortunately both King size beds had dirty sheets and mattress covers with Urine stain on them. I sent pictures to the customer service number and requested new sheets and mattress covers. I was told that the local office had been notified. After several attempts and conversations it was never rectified. Unfortunately we had to sleep on the couches all weekend. And yet have heard from anyone on how they are going to make this right.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Multigenerational week of fun and relaxation together was a success. The number of bedrooms, the kitchen supplies, ample yard, quaint decorating, and proximity to Folly Beach were all helpful to making it a rousing success!

Fun stay at Folly

We enjoyed our stay. The house is quirky but we knew that going in! I do want to mention there are a couple of step down areas in the house (into the living room and into the master bath). We couldn’t get the stopper to work in the secondary bathroom so our girls took a bath in the master instead, but that’s the only thing we noticed that wasn’t working correctly. This is a great inexpensive option, within east walking distance to everything!

We enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the Main Street to restaurants. Close to little grocery store. Close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Great for 2 couples or small family. Would definitely recommend.

Great for families

We stayed three nights and found the house to be perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 children. The back deck and front screened in porch were great for relaxing when not at the beach. We would recommend staying here!
