One of Folly's Best! Serenity Folly Beach is your next coastal getaway. Sitting on the Folly River, enjoy views of the dolphins, kayakers, and boaters. Located in the Mariner's Cay community, enjoy amenities including a pool and tennis courts. Located just across the bridge, it is a brisk ride to the beach. Enjoy and evening walk to find dinner along Center St. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute drive from Folly Beach making it the perfect spot to lounge on the beach or shop to your heart's content.

This condo has an open kitchen and living room with views of the Folly river. The living room has a large couch and Smart TV, perfect for slow evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher. The screened porch expands across the back of the condo with access from the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have king beds for sweet dreams. There are two full bathrooms, one including a tub. There is an in unit washer/dryer to add ease to extended vacations.

The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Serenity Folly Beach does not allow pets. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Wonderful stay at Folly

This condo was very clean and beautiful! Pros: -loved the back patio area-very clean-a lot of kitchen supplies-very prompt help and customer serviceCons:- it would have been nice to know earlier than the day of that I would need a key card to get thru the gate. I was driving when the email came in and was not aware until I arrived at the location-I'd say this is more like a 20 min walk to the beach. It was fine for me though!-Would have liked to have known the tennis court was closed for renovations before traveling...I packed my tennis gear
