The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.

The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.

Yearly trek to beach with family, great house, easy to beach access and not far from Bert’s. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and great family room for gathering. Nice breezes on balcony at night. Definitely stay again and recommend.

Great time at Folly Beach!

The house was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed the porches and ocean view daily. The kitchen was well-stocked, and basic toiletries were provided. Our hostess, Kate, was kind and helpful. Beach access was close, as was the center of town. All around, we had a great vacation!

Ideal setting

Great location - a short walk to both the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area. The second floor balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the ocean and breeze. The owner was quick to respond with answers to questions and gave us lots of ideas for things to do in Folly Beach. We had a great time at this property.
