The Gatehouse is a unique property set over three floors in the heart of Folkestone. There’s four large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room meaning no queues in the morning!
This property has a flight of stairs as soon as you enter and a bathroom on the first and second floors. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The bedrooms are arranged on the second and third floors. There’s an office area on the top floor landing with desk and chair.
The large modern kitchen has everything you could need and is a lovely bright airy space ideal for family meals or friendly chats. The living room has seating for 8 and a 50 inch smart TV and your own balcony, an ideal spot for a drink when the sun is shining. You have a Tesco local minutes from the property for any essentials you require, but there’s no rush to get breakfast we provide cereals, tea and coffee, bread, spreads and milk!
You are just a few minutes walk to the pubs and bars and the charm of the old high street lined with galleries and quirky independent shops.
