I won't stay here again because they put a "hold" on your credit card for almost a month! And it's not just a $100 hold for incidentals. It's a hold for the entire amount. I've stayed there twice in a month. I still have a $100 hold that won't release for another week, and a $510 hold for my stay on March 28 that won't release until April 25!

Hotel was by everything we needed and more. The outdoor pool was not kept clean! Breakfast options were limited but still good. The breakfast attendant was a very sweet lady! I was told the morning of arrival if I didn’t pay by 10am I would lose my reservation although hotels.com allowed me to select pay at the property. The hotel called and I had to give them a card over the phone in order for me to keep my reservation because they don’t take payments at the property which I felt like it was a lie. Because I paid my deposit when I got there with a card and saw a lady check in and paid as well. Very loud people next door to us checked out and left the tv blasting. The people above us were walking hard or running around the room. It is spring break time which is very understandable. However the hotel was okay. I am not sure if I would stay again. The room definitely was cleaned and love the dove hand soap, body wash and shampoo and conditioner! Overall the hotel was in a location that you would love to be in!!
