Built in 2021 and newly renovated, this one-story cottage boasts:
~3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
~Thoughtful Décor – Boho-modern interiors with a light and airy atmosphere.
~Spacious Living Areas – A cozy living room with Roku TV and a fully ~stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.
~Garage Turned Game Room – Includes a foosball table, board games, books, toys, and a couch for extra fun.

Sleeping Arrangements
~Master Bedroom: King bed with memory foam mattress, 55" Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom.
~Bedroom 2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress and 43" smart TV.
~Bedroom 3: Trundle bed with queen and twin mattresses, plus a 32" smart TV.
~Extras: Full-size pull-out sofa in the living room and a twin-size rollaway bed in the game room.

~Backyard Patio: Lounge on 3 comfortable chairs or gather around the fire pit with Adirondack seating for 4.
~Charcoal Grill: Perfect for cookouts (please bring your own supplies).
~Beach Gear Provided: Includes 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, a beach wagon, and beach toys.
~Ample Parking: Driveway fits 4 vehicles (garage is for game room use only).

What You Need to Know
~No Pets or Smoking/Vaping – To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment.
~Age Requirement: Must be 26+ years old to book (ID verification required).
~Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM to respect the neighbors.
~Late Check-Out Unavailable: Please book an additional night if you need extra time.
~Rental Agreement & ID: Required for check-in.

~Doorbell and driveway cameras (no interior monitoring).

~Enjoy full access to the home, including the game room. The garage door is non-operational for parking but is a fantastic space for fun and relaxation.

Whether you’re here for a gameday event, a beach vacation, or a shopping spree, Coastal Gameday Cottage is the perfect base for unforgettable memories.
You will be provided a starter kit. Each bathrooms gets a roll of toilet paper, a bar of soap. Kitchens get a dish towel, roll of paper towels, sponge, packet of dish detergent, packet of laundry detergent, small bottle of dish soap, and 3 trash bags. Please bring extra for the remainder of your trip. We suggest bringing beach towels as they are not provided.

~There is a high chair and pack and play available. Please bring your own sheets.

~During your stay you are welcome to use our beach equipment. There are 4 chairs, 1 umbrella, & 1 beach wagon. Please put them back at the end of each day.

~the garage has been converted to a game room. You are welcome to use all games and toys. Just please be sure to put them all back where you found them prior to checkout.

~Rental agreements will be required to be signed before check in information is sent.

~ A state issued ID is required from each guest prior to check in.

~The home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival: On going housecleaning will not be provided throughout the duration of your stay.

~Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. No unregistered guests allowed

~There is a driveway that can fit 4 cars. U-hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis & buses are not allowed on property.

~No pets allowed

~No smoking or vaping of any kind

~No illegal substances allowed on the premises

~Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep the noise levels very low after 10pm

~Late check out with not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check out

****For our guests' peace of mind, we've equipped the unit with a noise monitoring & smoke device, the entrance with a doorbell camera & the driveway facing the street with a security camera. Your safety and comfort are our priorities!
