The Gym was good The breakfast was very good and the staff great. The shuttle was very good to down town Key West. House keeping hit or miss, some days done before 2pm fully stocked other days not clean till 4pm little stock. Bar CO2 for beer draft ran out on Tues still not replaced by Fri

This is a high quality resort, and part of the Hilton Honors Program. They are promoting good practices for our environment- offering shuttles rides to downtown Key West attractions like Duval Street so every guest isn't driving a vehicle downtown and adding to the parking congestion. They also offer refillable water containers. The pool is inviting, their breakfast buffet was very good.

We didn’t use the pool nut it was lovely. The hotel was pet friendly which was a problem because we heard barking at all hours of the night. I love dogs but not in the middle of the night.

They need to take the “Resort” out of their name!! It is a hotel with a pool. Horrible service! Tea and coffee are only available in the morning, even then they only have cheap black tea bags. We paid for a room with a balcony, that overlooked the parking lot. 5 miles from Duvall Street. Definitely NOT worth the $1800 for 4 nights that we paid.

We enjoyed the pool bar. Service was a little slow as there was only one bartender. He was doing his best it was busy. The king size bed was comfortable, no extra blanket in the room, didnt like the long black hair on the clean wash cloth by the sink or that the glass shower door wouldn't close all the way.
