This apartment forms part of a newly refurbished 100-year-old townhouse, centrally located just 10 minutes’ walk to Valletta, 250m to the bus stop, and within a pleasant 5-minute walk along the seafront to the Valletta Waterfront and ferry service.



The building has been recently renovated to the highest standards, retaining its original character yet enjoying all the comforts one would expect to find in a modern property. It is stylishly furnished with original Mid-Century furnishings and fittings.

The apartment is spacious and bright, and has been lovingly restored and designed with careful attention to detail, retaining the character and authenticity of the place.
Design enthusiasts will love the Mid-Modern décor, authentic period furniture and light fittings and original terrazzo tiles.

The large double bedroom includes a Superking sized bed [180x200cm], the bathroom is spacious and has a closed glass shower and washing machine, a cosy living area includes a digital projector, free IPTV and Chromecast functionality. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a dishwasher, full-sized oven and fridge freezer, coffee machine and dining area.
