Paradise on earth. Loved the resort and the friendly staff. Pool could have been cleaner, but you are int he jungle. The lovely floating dock with chairs was majestic. My wife doesn't swim, so when I swam there, the staff took my wife by boat so we could be together. Loved this place. Will go back for sure!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. The food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every meal was something we looked forward to. The view was simply amazing and made our stay even more special. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

I hate to write a negative review, especially for a place I had so much hope in. We booked five nights here, making it the “luxurious” chapter of our babymoon. Here are some things I wish I knew about this place: 1. the only way to access it is a twenty minute boat ride from the island of Flores. 2. The “collective” boats from the hotel are at 5 am, 7 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, and 10 pm. That means whenever you want to go into town for a tour, a stroll, anything at all, you either need to go at one of these times, or pay $25 USD PER PERSON to get outside of the hotel. 3. This boat situation would be acceptable if there was a lot to do at the hotel. Unfortunately, it feels like an abandoned hotel. We were there five nights and it was no where near capacity. Sometimes we were the only people there. 4. The food was very disappointing. Pasta is the only option for a vegetarian main course. The menu for lunch/dinner is more expensive than a New York City dinner (but less than half as tasty). 5. Not a free breakfast. You get one small plate from the menu, one watered down coffee, and if you want something more you will have to pay a lot. Also, your order will take an hour to come and not once did our order come correctly. 6. Check the final bill. They added $250 USD for a tour we didn’t take. 7. All of the rooms are a long walk uphill from the main area and it can take a while for a golf cart to become available. I say this for th

Gorgeous, stunning property. Isolated however easily accessible via boat to the main land. There are a lot of amenities such as kayaking, paddle boating, hiking and a spa. It’s an amazing getaway, removed from all the excitement and noisiness on the mainland of Flores. The staff is amazing - so attentive and they made themselves easily accessible to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. They organized my trip to Tikal with transportation, a guide and food. They also organized a breakfast box for me for 2 days in a row due to having to leave early and miss the sit down breakfast. The restaurant had some tasty options for dinner. Overall a great hotel that I would definitely recommend and would visit again

Transportation was great, a little confusing as it states transportation is included however it’s included from when you get to the boat dock and they charge $15.00 per person from the airport to the boat dock. A/C is only available in the rooms and not in the living room, food was not great, they are trying a high end F&B experience however it’s lacking. Food comes out cold and not a lot of flavor.
