I’m thankful we did it. What an amazing place for our Florence and Tuscany trip. Yo will have the best luxury apartment for your vacations. We stayed 1 week for our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. This place is a gem! The staff were incredible. We felt like in a resort. It’s totally new, the bed super comfortable; the room is super big. Elevators, bath towels, etc. just do it, don’t hesitate.

I stayed here for over a week in late October. The room was more beautiful and impressive in person than in the photos! The balcony was such a treat! The staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. I never heard a peep or any noise from other rooms or outside. The bath towels are oversized, which is such a dream for a larger person! The bed is my only complaint. It was a beautiful queen size bed but it was too firm for me. I would recommend this hotel!

This brand-new luxury hotel is tucked away in a quiet pocket just outside the city, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully finished, and very well insulated — wonderfully peaceful at night. Staff was very accommodating and eager to help & give recommendations. I cannot praise them enough! The room was extremely clean & had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar but hopefully, once construction is completed, it’ll be an added amenity to look forward to on our future stay. Location was perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and maybe 15 minutes from the local attractions. I highly recommend staying at Teatro Luxury Apartments and cannot wait to be back!

Visually beautiful & spacious but not a great stay

Very disorganized. Check in starts at 3pm for guests. We happened to arrive at 6pm and somehow our room wasn't ready. We sat in the waiting area for about a half hour before deciding to leave our bags at the desk and go get some dinner. By the time we came back (around 8:30pm), the room still wasn't ready and no one could tell us why. We had a long day of travel and desperately wanted to be settled in our room. Finally, around 9pm, they provided us with a room. Another seemingly minor (but important to us) issue was that the coffee machine was broken which we didn't discover until the next morning (you know, right when we NEEDED coffee) and it wasn't replaced by management until the next day. Also, all of the doors are incredibly hard to open. We aren't weak people - there must actually be something wrong with the way the are installed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (super firm) but I can see how that is a individual complaint that others may find no issue with. Lastly, it's tucked away from pretty much everything interesting in town so there is a bit of a walk whenever you want to do something (food, shopping, sight seeing).

The apartment was beautiful and I only have 2 comments. They could have explained how the lighting worked in the room. Lots of wonderful lighting just almost took a week to figure it out. Construction still going on and sometimes it would wake me up at 7:30. But the staff is top notch.
