We were 3 adults and request 3 twin beds or a double and a twin and we got a double and a folding bed very uncountable and the 2nd night it gave up and my friend fell to the floor. When we arrived there was nobody for the check in only the cleaning lady whom didn't speak english and we had to wait for somebody to come and check us in. It was a terrible expirance and the price is bot worth it

Access by car was very confusing and parking was difficult. The address was difficult for the mapping program to find. By T2 tram, this location was very convenient, though and good for connecting to the airport that way. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, but do not remain on site for the evening, so that should be planned for when staying here.

I believed I was booking a hotel. For more than two months I communicated with the owners and Expedia and there was NEVER any indication this was a B&B and NOT a hotel. I had to stop a stranger on the street to call the number on the outside wall to get someone to let me into this nondescript industrial building. Their so-called breakfast was a few cardboard baskets of packages of junk food found in vending machines. I had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was so cramped between the bidet. The walls were so thin between rooms I could hear people next door talking in low voices in bed. There was no phone on the property and the two owners were only there from 10 a.m.-12p.m for checkout and 2-4 p.m. for check-in. My double bed was just two twin beds pushed together. I hurt my back if I rolled into the middle of the "bed." I feel like I was tricked by the owners and Expedia into booking this dump. BE HONEST AND TELL NON-ITALIAN SPEAKERS IN YOUR ADVERTISING THAT Soggiorno La Coccinella MEANS Living room La Coccinella and it's nothing more than a damned B&B. You put B&B on the small building nameplate why not include it in your online advertising? Or are you afraid no one will want to stay there if they know what you really are? Soggiorno La Coccinella helped ruin my trip to Florence. .

Qdo cheguei no local, não havia ninguém para me receber. O porteiro me deixou entrar mas o proprietário só chegou 30 minutos depois e disse que não estava pronto e que não conseguiu me ligar. Então me mandou para outro local dizendo que era melhor , um hotel. Mas era muito longe da área que escolhi, não era hotel e numa rua que me senti insegura. O quarto em si era bom, mas tive que andar muito a pé e tive muito medo por estar num local deserto e sem nenhuma identificação. Nunca mais eu confio nesse tipo de estabelecimento e acho que hotéis.com deveria me ressarcir a diária.

Positivo: Check in fatto velocemente con persona gentile. Negativo: colazione inesistente organizzata in un angolo di 1 metro x 1 metro. Assenza totale di tutto, no bustine thè, contenitore del succo di frutta vuoto, nel complesso meglio se non ci fosse stato nulla, per non creare false aspettative. In camera un bollitore, ma senza the' o caffè.

Billigt och bra.

Vi kom söndag sen eftermiddag. Allt såg väldigt stängt ut och taxichauffören hade svårt att hitta. Att vår incheckning blev så strulig, berodde på, att jag missat de mail Chiara skickat med frågan när vi skulle anlända. När vi väl hittade varandra, fick vi bästa servicen! Det är ett mycket enkelt boende, men otroligt prisvärt. 47 euro per natt, inkl enkel frukostbricka på rummet. Vill man ha ett rum för övernattning för en billig peng, kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta.

Un accueil très chaleureux, on s’est tout de suite sentis bien accueillis. La chambre est spacieuse, bien décorée, très propre. La salle de bain l’est également. Petit déjeuner tout prêt dans la chambre (pour Covid), très sympa. Hôtel situé à deux pas de l’arrêt de tram pour se rendre au centre ville (et même à pied c’est pas si loin), proche de la gare également. Certes on entend les bruits des trains, mais ce n’est pas du tout dérangeant, ni excessif, en tout cas ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Merci pour l’accueil !
