Check in process was terrible. Some one is at the front desk until 2 pm. Can’t check in until 3. So no help. They left the keys to our room behind the reception desk but did not bother to tell me that. So after a few minutes of panic I found the envelope with my name on it. Anyone inside could have grabbed it. Not good. Besides that the apartment itself was great. Good location nice updated amenities.

The hotel was excellent — very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal if you are traveling with children: just a few minutes from the city center and with everything you need around.
