Place was excellent. There was plenty of space for a family of five. Check-in was difficult because there was not a lot of storage for luggage. Had to walk around city lugging our luggage. However, after we checked-in everything was great!

Amazing location, room exceeded expectations. Very comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in/out experience, but note the inflexible timing. Only downside was limited luggage storage space upon early arrival (was able to store prior to check-out). Also loved being able to book an experience/tour through the Numa app (which was also a seamless and helpful tool). Overall would highly recommend, particularly for flexible and/or solo travelers.

I was misled by this hotel. I was not made aware there was no front desk, no services offered and no staff. Terrible digital only check in process. Maintenance man knocked at our door upon arrival and he had no idea why he was there. There was no hot water upon arrival. No cable channel to watch World Cup but 2 adult channels available for our family with 2 young girls. Broken toilet, loud ac. It was a do it yourself hole in the wall at a full service rate.
