We are a few minutes walk from the Duomo and all the main tourist attractions. Very large newly renovated apartment, with attention to detail and comfort. Quiet, welcoming and elegant. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops.
The apartment is large and finely furnished and consists of four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a large living room with two comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Washing machine and wifi available for guests, as well as a set of towels for each guest and bed linen.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
