Staff extremely friendly and helpful

The lame Covid excuse they use to not service the rooms or provide breakfast.

All in all it was perfectly fine. Room was a little small and reminded me more of some of the rooms in hotels back on the East Coast. We had to do without water the morning I left because there was some kind of problem with the plumbing. People were uniformly friendly and professional. Exercise room was extremely minimal. Could've used some free weights or at least one more machine.

Very nice staff! Good breakfast! And I love the location..

The woman that checked us in was amazing! So friendly!

This is a fairly new hotel, but already it has seen wear. The handicapped accessible room we stayed in had plenty of hand holds at the tub, but the handheld shower wouldn't stay stable as a fixed shower head. The bathroom was large, but could have used some additional shelving for toiletries. There was a stain on the carpet between the beds that detracted from the otherwise rather new-looking carpet. The breakfast was typical of such hotels with eggs, undercooked sausage, a waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and pastries. Seating for the eating area was skimpy. There were only two tables at sit-down level and two or three at counter level with high stools. The equipment in the exercise room was not working although the desk clerk said it was all new. All the staff we encountered were quite pleasant and helpful, but I would probably look for another place to stay on my next visit to the area.

There was a dripping noise all night and you could hear the pipes in the walls. You could also hear the upstairs room and everything that they did. The floor was soaked around the a/c unit and I stepped on the wet carpet with socks on. You could also hear cars driving by the hotel all night. The water coming out of the faucet smelled like bleach. And my son lost his pacifier in the room when we went to look for it we realized how dirty the room was. Under the beds hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

I had a wonderful time at the microtel inn. They accommodated my stay very well. Also fixed the reservation I messed up. Wouldn't be very interested in staying at this hotel again. The staff was excellent, they helped me jump start my truck when the battery died after my stay was over. I was recommend them to all my friends.

This place was very close to a very busy highway that was busy until early hours of the night. Motorcycles and 18 wheelers rolled by at all hours. The air did not cool the room off to my liking. Cleaning staff did not make our bed due to brochures on the bed nor was the trash emptied.

Awesome customer service. Clean room. It's not large but it's a microtel. The hotel is practically brand new so everything is still updated. Everything you need. My only wish was that the room could have gotten a little cooler. The A/C didn't seem to be very cool. Other than that, loved the experience.

First of all, I was rudely told to stand to the side (by the owner) while trying to sign in. I was unaware that there was a large party of people signing in, and one was standing BEHIND me. Next, when we tried to park in the parking lot as we were returning from having supper, there wasn't anywhere to park. There were two boats taking up spaces and one truck was parked over the line, so I couldn't part there. I asked where I was supposed to park and was told to either park in the grass by the highway or the parking lot next door. I had to drive over a curb to park on the grass. I was told that several workers were staying there and there were two to each of 14 rooms and they all had their own vehicles. Also, there was a pickup truck in the parking lot and several of the workers were having a tailgate party and drinking. They didn't bother us in any way, but I told the staff that that really didn't make their establishment look good. When we got ready to go to bed, I pulled back the sheets and there was a large stain on the sheet.I asked for another set. I had to ask them to replenish the Raisin Bran cereal due to the fact that there wasnt any in the container when we went down to breakfast. I will NEVER stay in a Microtel again and I will not recommend them to my family or friends. The owner was very happy to charge an extra $10.00 when a friend decided that she wanted to stay in the room with us. We stayed in a Sleep Inn our first night and a Fairfield Inn our second night and the the Microtel our third night. The Microtel was the most expensive of the three and by far the worst. Someone needs to find out why this establishment received so many stars. I did my research and I don't know how they could have received a 4.23 out of 5 stars! :(

This hotel met my expectation. I have stayed at the Tryp hotel by Windham in Medellin and the it has been very good and very comfortable. Thus it did not surprise me the this hotel did so well. The staff very professional and very courteous. Went to the nearby city of Russellville on business.

This hotel met my expectation. People very willing to help and the cleanliness of the hotel very good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers.

Perfect location for a visit to cane Creek nature preserve,

Rooms okay for price, expected pool to be open but closed for season already, didn't appreciate dog in breakfast area as woman petted dog and handled all of the utensils. Decided to change hotels and hotel staff rude, left me waiting at desk as she went on elevator, then as I commented on stay she said three times call directly to hotel next time, They didn't have second night reservation anyway.

nice place clean staff is great and a great price for the area

Great place to stay at a reasonable price staff was vary helpful

This Inn may be the best kept secret in Northwest Alabama. The facilities are excellent, the cost is very affordable, and the Staff is helpful and courteous. They serve the best breakfast of any Microtel Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean and well kept. I'll be back again.

Dear guest, Along with majority of hotels in the United States we are following all local, state, and federal Covid-19 guidelines to help protect our guests, and our employees. Limiting contact while guests are at the hotel is a big step to keep all of us healthy. We hope to return to normal services soon when it is safe to do so. Thank you.
