The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

The hotel rooms are serviceable. My favorite thing about them was how quiet they were - and the air conditioning worked great. It is very convenient to everything. My only downside is that is appears that showering in the evening means a lukewarm (at best) shower. The breakfasts were typical and the rooms were on the small side but still fine.

This hotel is down right disgusting. We showed up excited because the pictures looked cute and it a good walking distance. The female front desk worker is rude, the sheets have blood stains on them after switching rooms and the worst part, is we found bed bugs. They refuse to refund us and are making us stay in their infested hotel. Do not come here. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

The family run hotel was beautiful and the staff/family is very welcoming and accommodating. All touristic places were in walking distance, restaurants near where very good. We had forgotten our wedding ring and they returned it to us and helped in finding it. All in all will go back again !

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It is close enough to walk to the tourist areas but far enough away that it is really not that close. Close enough to train station for a quick walk or ride (with luggage). We did both and it took about 10-15 min either way. Close to Accademia Gallery. Park area in front was fine during the day but some homeless sleeping there at night. Room was spacious for 4 people and the view overlooked the park. Everything close enough that can be walked.

Wonderful customer service, friendly staff, helpful providing information. It's about 15 minute walk from main train station, keep in mind busy, narrrow sidewalks, can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. You can take public transportation across train station to take you close to the hotel, there is a bus station across the hotel. Breakfast was continental, sufficient to get you started for the day.

Good hotel if you have a car

Excellent location , small difficulty in navigating to the hotel due to road works but Waze app was the solution. Due to covid breakfast has to be served by staff. Staff are all polite and helpful. Access to onsite parking is via very narrow driveway. There is a cheaper option for an on street parking with a hotel permit.

We loved this place!! :) Paul (front desk) was so nice and very helpful with the check-in. Location is great and within walking distance to the Dome, close to shopping and dining. It was a very nice hotel, excellent service and a great complimentary breakfast buffet. Easy access to public transportation that would take you anywhere in Florence.
