We spent one night there. As we arrived the receptonist strongly argueed with her colleague in front of us; it lasted a long time, both ignored us. We had the feeling we were not welcomed. No sense of service. In the room, a unpleasant smell of canalisation. We do not recommend this hotel. There are plently other places which are professionnal and friendly.

Just stayed one night. The room was comfortable. Convenient to train and attractions. Let us store our luggage so we could see attractions before room was ready. Noisy out side of hotel. WiFi wasn't too strong. Breakfast wasn't of our liking.

Wonderful hotel, very near the train station and have all you need. The staff is very polite and pleasant, the room was very clean and cozy. They also have a perfect free wifi and an amazing panoramic rooftop terrace. Big TV with a lots of satellite channels, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended this 3 star hotel, perfect to stay in Florence!

Just stayed there in early Jan 2017 and I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff are very warm and polite, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. It is VERY clean and perfect to those who want to live the historic center of Florence. The WIFI connection is OK! It is excellent value for money. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the train station. I've stayed at a much better hotel in Florence (across the Arno) but for what we were doing this trip, we wanted something close to the train station for convenience. Annabella Hotel was fine, clean enough, the air conditioning wasn't great but windows helped. The staff was my only real problem. They were rather unfriendly and acted as if it were inconvenient we were there. I've always experienced great hospitality in the other hotels and b&bs in Italy and this hotel is certainly lacking in that department. It worked for two nights as a place to sleep but I probably wouldn't return.

The room was clean, the location was centrally located, but the downfall is the staff. Not very friendly! Really enjoyed the roof top terrace, but seemed like they didn' t like us up there? It was't great, but it wasn't horrible either.

The location is near the train station which is convenient and the price was a great value. My main problem with the dated rooms was the lousy internet and the fact that there were no English language tv channels. The staff was friendly though , but the place was a bit tired.

Stay away from this hotel. Service was awful and front desk was not friendly. They made us wait for more than 30 minutes because they were arguing we didn't do the full deposit for the room. Since we didn't give up, they accepted us but say that the breakfast wasn't included, we didn't argue any more because we were tired. Washrooms are ok but the shower is really small. There is a/c in the room but they set up high so we were suffocating through the night. Wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend this to anybody. The only good thing is that is close to the train station. It's on the 4th floor and the elevator is very old so keep that in mind if you are traveling with big suitcases.

I would recommend this place. Cute, close to the main train station(5 minute walk). We only stayed one night, but it was a nice stay. The owner was very helpful, showing on a map where/ what we should see, and how far walking distance everything was. There are cute restaurants located near by.

I'll be honest.... when we first got to the hotel, my fiance and I were pretty spooked out at the entrance and when we walked in and saw the elevator. It looked like something out of a scary movie. Then again, we did get there at 2am. However, once we got up in the morning and went outside and saw people and saw the sunlight, it wasn't so bad. Other than that, the people at the front desk... (I forgot to mention the front desk is not as soon as you walk in, it's on the 3rd floor) were very nice and helpful in every way. This hotel was also very convenient to the train station and central to a lot of popular things! I would totally stay here again!!
