Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Ap sem água quente, sujo e tomadas não funcionando

Chegamos no local num domingo, o apartamento não tinha água quente (inclusive no chuveiro), nenhuma tomada funcionava (ficamos sem celulares porque não conseguimos carregar). Ligamos para o anfitrião, que somente nos atendeu após entrarmos em contato com Hoteis.com. Um técnico foi enviado ao local e não conseguiu resolver o problema porque precisa comprar peça para arrumar a água quente (era feriado nacional e o mesmo só poderia comprar em dia útil. Além disto, a higiene do local era péssima, cobertas sujas, todos os hóspedes ficaram com alergia. Pedimos ao anfitrião que encontrasse outro apartamento e o mesmo dizia que 'sentia muito' mas não estava encontrando. Ao chegar no Brasil, fiz duas tentativas na Hoteis.com e não consigo finalizar a ligação.
