Mattress was very uncomfortable. Heat/cooling unit didn’t seem to work at all. Hot water was plentiful. Shelf broke in the closet. Staff was very nice. Too much dog waste in the immediate area. It was serviceable but that’s all.

Value for money

We had a wonderful stay. I just wonder why our didn't have a balcony but it was ok. The nuns were very friendly and we were able to hear mass in their chapel on the day we left. Highly recommended.

Great location.. easy to walk to all of the tourist attractions. The staff were quick to respond to any queries prior to arrival. Room was clean and much bigger than expected. Lovely garden that was a nice quiet retreat after a day of walking.

Very cool to wake up to the singing. Not loud enough to be a rude awakening, but more of a gentle wake up (or just listen for a minute and go back to sleep). Great location, very secure.

Very clean and quiet. Great location, very close to the train station and also close to tourist spots. The only downside was that the bed was very hard and not the most comfortable. Everything else was great!!
