Smoke smell, bathroom odor, and child hazard

the apartment is stylish, and the location was incredibly convenient for our plans. That said, we did run into a few issues during our stay. 1. Smoke Smell in the Apartment: Unfortunately, it was clear that previous guests had smoked in the unit. The smoke smell lingered throughout our entire stay, and it was particularly concerning for us as we were traveling with children. Third-hand smoke exposure can be harmful, especially to young ones. When we arrived and reported the smell, the staff offered to have someone come by with a spray, but no one came that evening. It’s unclear if someone came during the daytime while we were out, but the odor never improved. 2. Odor in the Lower Bedroom Bathroom: There was also a persistent rotten egg smell coming from the drain in the lower bedroom’s bathroom. It was strong enough to impact our sleep and made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable. 3. Sharp Edge Under the TV: Lastly, there’s two decorative pieces below the TV that has sharp, pointy edges. Unfortunately, one of the kids sustained a small skin cut from it.
