No smoking is allowed on the property.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.

Essentials provided include paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not supplied.
While there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, and other items, availability cannot be guaranteed.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
This home is located in a beautiful, new subdivision, though some nearby units may still be under construction.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There is a Ring doorbell, a back patio camera, a front driveway camera, and a garage camera (covering the front yard and walkway).
Porter does not own or have access to these cameras but discloses their presence as reported by the homeowner.
