SECURITY CAMERAS
✔ Street-facing cameras are installed for safety—one above the side gate and another near the entrance. Porter discloses all cameras but does not monitor or access them.

LIMITED ACCESS AREAS
✔ The garage contains a covered vehicle that is private and not part of the rental.
✔ A small locked space above the laundry room is not accessible for safety reasons.
