Cozy 1 bedroom Condo in the heart of Flagler Beach. Looking for a get away to spend time soaking in all that Flagler Beach has to offer? This is the spot for you.
One block away from Flagler Beach Pier you can park and walk to any of the nearby restaurants, shops or spend your day basking on our unique beach.
The unit is on the first floor just steps away from the communal heated pool. A queen bed with a mini split above will provide comfort and relaxation after a hot day out in the sun or night out and about. TVs located in the living room and the bedroom. Large stand up shower with bench for washing off after dipping in the ocean or before heading out for a date on A1A.

The property does not have designated parking however on street parking in Flagler Beach is free. Everything is within walking distance including the beautiful coquina beach.

This is not a unit for pets due to the size and location.

Had everything we needed and much more!

It was perfect for the 2 of us. It was very clean and had everything that we could possibly want. It was close to everything and we walked mostly. The pool was clean and not crowded. It was quiet at night and was gated so only guests could get in.A less than 5 minutes from the beach walk. We would definetely stay again and hope to in the future. It was a great get away for the 2 of us and thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend and booking response was very quick.

Cute sea-themed condo. Great fenced pool with depths from 3 feet to 4 feet 7 inches. Gated complex. Lovely landscaping. On campus laundry room. One block from the beach. Very quite complex. Close to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Stay

Got better and better

When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, my husband and I were a little concerned about how busy the area was. It was bustling! However, people definitely cleared out after the weekend and we were able to enjoy hitting the beach, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable, and communication was excellent. The owners manual was very helpful and easy to navigate. The locals we met in Flagler Beach were friendly and happy to make suggestions of their favorite places to go. The town has a nostalgic charm and character that’s hard to come by these days. We greatly appreciated the location and convenience of this unit and look forward to returning some day.

I liked that it was enclosed in its own area. No one without a key could enter, and the room had a coded entry. Much easier than fumbling with a key. The room was very nice and it provided a few staples like coffee pods, popcorn, sunscreen, shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, etc. To get you started. Very nice and I would stay here again.

Great Vacation Space

Ron and I had a incredible time in Marilyn's condo. It has everything you need to make it your home for however long your are staying. The bed is very comfortable. Once you arrive you can leave your car parked as there are many places that you can walk to. We will definitely will stay there on our next visit to Flagler Beach.
