The good: rooms were mostly clean, it was a safe area, staff was friendly. The free breakfast and coffee wasn't bad either. The bad: our room was roach infested. We had to switch rooms after finding 5 roaches in less than 10 minutes. The front desk moved us rooms with no trouble. When we went back to the old room to validate we had retrieved everything, there were even more roaches. I don't know if we just got a bad room or if this is a recurring issue. I didn't see any other reviews mention roaches. Aside from the roaches, it was a fine stay.

The place is very dated but that is the norm for a small town hotel. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and we felt very secure staying here. very affordable! Keep in mind that if you have trouble walking stairs, you need to book a first floor as this two story hotel does NOT have an elevator!

The staff were great and accommodating, but the hotel itself was not. The rooms were rough and the couch was stained. Nothing was dusted and toilet paper from the last stay was still there. The floor was so bad that it stained my socks after walking on them for 5 minutes.

There were people that appeared to be sleeping g in their van in the parking lot. Every time I came or went from the end door it was propped open. Did not feel secure staying alone with my 4 yr old grandson. King size Bed had huge dips in it on both sides of bed. Worst night of sleep in a hotel for me.

This room was disgusting. There were stains on the comforter, couch, and desk chair that had not been cleaned in ages. There was mold on the shower curtain and long black hair in the sink (I have short gray hair). The security door that was supposed to require a key to open had a broken handle and was propped open 24 hours a day with a block of wood and it was right next to the creek and woods where someone appeared to be living out of their vehicle and using the facilities at the hotel through the door that was accessible. The only reason I stayed is because I bring my own bed with me so I had clean sheets to sleep on and a weapon to defend myself with should I need it.

Overall daily Cleanings was nonexistent. Beds were not made until last day of stay. Hallway carpet was filthy. Back entrance door lock was broken & door was blocked open, allowing anyone access.
