Luxury Duplex with panoramic water views across Fingal Bay

Renovated, luxurious four bedroom duplex, metres from the sand and directly opposite Fingal Bay Beach. Exceptionally well appointed with features including Air-conditioning, DVD, multiple TV's, gas BBQ, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine and Double Lock Up Garage.

Upstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with separate children's games room.

Bedroom one upstairs has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in robe and beautiful new ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bath. There is also a separate toilet. To make your stay even easier, this property provides linen and bath towels with all beds made up prior to your arrival. You just need to bring your own soap, shampoo & personal items along with your beach towels.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned).

Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each (air conditioned).

The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property.

Gas BBQ and new outdoor table are found on the large balcony for great family meals with the best view in town! Just sit back and enjoy spectacular water views from the large balcony overlooking the beach.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.
This property will only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think this was our fifth stay. It's a brilliant property in one of the best positions on the Bay. The only negative was that some of the utensils weren't clean nor was the barbeque, which is a let down given the cost of the stay.

Beach House Retreat

This property ticked all the boxes for us. We all enjoyed our stay very much, the property accommodated two families very comfortably. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with the most perfect outlook of the bay. The only problem was we had to pack up and leave.
