We had an amazing night at this modern looking property. It was a fantastic location - close to the castle, church, town square and shopping. There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional!

Sure! Here’s a natural and balanced **review in English** based on your points: --- **Review** We stayed at this B&B for a few nights and overall had a good experience, although there are a few aspects to mention. The room was **very nice, newly renovated**, and tastefully decorated. However, it was **split across two levels**, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and there was **limited space for hanging clothes**. The **shower was brand new and very clean**, but unfortunately the **water pressure was quite low**. We also noticed **some dust on the floor**, which slightly affected the impression of cleanliness. On the last day, **breakfast was served at a nearby café** instead of the B&B due to staffing issues. It was **not a buffet** as advertised but rather a **limited morning menu**, similar to what you might find at a motorway service station. Lastly, there was **no staff available for checkout**, so we had to leave without formal procedures. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small improvements needed to match the high quality of the newly renovated rooms.

Stylish stay in Ferrara.

The rooms are beautiful, modern and very stylish. The location is central to everything, and they have some parking available. The staff were friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!

An absolute treasure of a hotel. The rooms were wonderfully furnished, very clean and finished to a high standard. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Plenty of delicious breakfast. The air conditioning was very welcome. It is in an ideal location for exploring Ferrara. Good value and would highly recommend it.

BOUJEE PLACE IN FERRARA

Went back to Ferrara Italy after 16 years with the family. We were traveling with our 2 teenagers and needed 2 combined rooms (my daughter is a special young adult and needs to be in the same room with us). This Bed & Breakfast was perfect. Our room was BL3, next to courtyard and breakfast area. It was 2 rooms in 1 with 2 separate showers. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were updated and chick. Fabio was amazing. The rooms were very cleaned and organized. The showers were first class! Highly recommend this place and can not wait to go back. Oh by the way while I’m Ferrara, visit Cusina De Butega! AMAZING ITALIAN RESTAURANT - the best in Italy!

A great place to stay and explore from

Ferrara is probably a place for a 3 or 4 night stay but we stayed for 12 nights and couldn't have picked a better place than this hotel. We stayed in Room 5 which had a mezzanine upstairs with a sofa bed and TV. To have so much room was great. Fabio was a great host and was extremely helpful. Ferrara is a lovely Italian town. The castle is well worth a visit and there are many good restaurants. From the town you can visit Venice, Florence, Ravenna and the beach at Comacchio ...all within an hour on the train or bus.

Modern, elegant design in a historic building - a small hotel (only six rooms) that makes you feel like a guest in a gracious home. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the location is very central but quiet. We enjoyed everything about our stay and our visit to Ferrara. Highly recommended!

Great central b&b

A lovely b&b right next to the Ferrara castle - it does not get much more central than this. Fresh modern and spacious rooms, nice bfast with home made cakes, yoghurt and bread. I will definitely go back there next time I am in Ferrara.

Perfect

Stayed 4 nights late October as a surprise for my partner's birthday (high standards!) and this beautiful B&B was perfect. The two owners were relaxed, very helpful and friendly, and they show obvious pride in their considerable achievement of renovating a beautiful Ferrara mansion into a very special place to stay, The room was furnished and decorated simply and elegantly. It was open plan, so no drawers or closing wardrobe, just shelves - and the shower was walk-in. Breakfast had a wide range of foods. Looking left out of the window there is a beautiful view of the immense Ferrara castle. Indeed the hotel could not be more perfectly positioned in this beautiful city of cobbled streets, pedestrians and cyclists. We walked the streets and visited as much as we could in 3 days,and came back to one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you Luca and Alessandro for giving us a very special and happy week.

Great Hotel!

We loved this hotel, the two owners were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. They also suggested places to visit for the day by train. We went to Venice one day and Ravenna a different day by train, both a short distance away. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights using this city as our base. It was a twenty minute walk to the train station. The only downside to this hotel is that most people stay here for one to two nights so they do not have any drawers to put away your clothes. They do have a place to hang your clothes and a few shelves to stack foldable clothes. We asked for extra hangers and that helped a lot. They had a very nice breakfast which is included. They make their own yogurt which was fantastic and they also make their own bread which is very good.

A cosy B&B a stone's throw away from the Castle

A very nice place, with large and spotless rooms, very very comfortable beds and a wonderful Km 0 breakfast. Not to mention the free parking in the Ferrara city centre, an unique plus... I'll certainly come back here on my next visit to Ferrara.

Sleepless Night

Everything about this hotel was great, except for one thing . There is not an air conditioning vent in the upstairs loft of the family room. The 95 degree heat that Fererra was experiencing, made sleeping difficult in the loft. Heat rises and the loft was unbearable to sleep for my two children. They instead, slept on the hard floor at the base of our bed downstairs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple, but not for a family, until they install an air conditioning vent in the upstairs loft.

Lovely modernised B&B in the centre of Ferrara

Borgoleoni 18 is a lovely and very recently modernised B&B just opposite the Palazzo Estense in the centre of Ferrara (and close by to the stop Ferrara Fly Bus to Bologna airport.) The facilities were excellent, the owners very helpful and Ferrara is a lovely place to visit for a city-break.
