"The property itself is beautiful, and in a great location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we really enjoyed our time there overall.Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues during our visit. We experienced a loss of water, the pool was dirty when we arrived (we even swam in it that morning before being told it required treatment and couldn’t be used for the rest of the day), and the front door had come off its track and couldn’t be locked properly, it was easy to open if you pulled hard enough.To the property manager’s credit, communication was prompt throughout, and the water and pool issues were resolved quickly. However, it was frustrating to have several different people coming to the property to deal with maintenance during our stay, and no one came to repair the front door.I was also disappointed to receive the swimming pool liability waiver at midnight on the day our stay began. This is something that should really be sent in advance so guests have time to review it and return it before arrival.Overall, it’s a lovely property with a lot of potential, but it was disappointing to encounter so many issues that appeared to stem from a lack of routine maintenance. With better upkeep and a few operational improvements, this would easily be a 5-star stay."
