GUEST ACCESS

• Guests have access to the entire home (minus 2 locked closets), 2 car garage and unfenced yard.

• The garage is available if you'd like to park your vehicle or bikes in out of the weather but we do not provide a wireless remote.

• We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!



LOCATION

• We live in a quiet newer construction community on the east side of Mount Sequoyah. The views of the sunrise are beautiful!

• We have parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles. 1-2 in the garage if you'd like them out of the elements and then 2 in the driveway.

• Street parking is not available due to it being a one lane one way street.

• We offer secure bike storage in the garage if you're traveling with your bikes.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• Our smart TVs are for streaming from your own accounts.

• The Pack-n-Play is stored in the downstairs guest bedroom closet.

• The high chair & baby bouncer are stored in the primary bedroom closet.

• We provide 2 mid-size dog kennels that are stored in the garage closet if you don't plan to bring your own.
