Great location! I just wish they would enforce the masking requirement in common areas. Though the sign on the door said a mask is required, nobody wore one and the staff didn't do anything about that. I felt unsafe because of that.
The chlorine from the pool was extremely too high and we were unable to sleep in our room due to the smell. You could smell the chlorine from the time you walked in to check in. We stayed here just to enjoy the pool and the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes and we had to spend money to stay somewhere else.. This hotel does not give refunds no matter the issue you have with them. Michael is wonderful at the front desk. The only upside to booking with this hotel... restricted breakfast that we found out about the morning of our booking and they wouldnt cancel our room for a refund so we had to check in anyway... I would choose another hotel in the area if at all possible!! A waste of money and Its been over a week and still haven't received our deposit back.
I was only there for one night but it was a comfortable stay, and the hotel was easy to find.
Hotel was under major renovation--no lobby and very dusty. Rooms were fine, clean and location was very convenient. Would stay again, as I'm sure updates are lovely by now!
Service was good. Very friendly. Upon arrive the greeting was extremely inviting. Rooms were clean and updated.

My daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Fayetteville the night before I dropped her off for college. The room was clean...the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have my complimentary products. Shower gel and lotion would have been nice. Thank you
This hotel worked out very well for a combination business and family trip. breakfast and pool were good for the family. wireless internet and business center were good for me.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Water pressure low in showers but overall no complaints about the stay.

has deteriorated - hole in carpet, back of chair covering coming off, crack in bathroom tile. I had the top of ice bucket, I asked for bottom soon after I checked in, was told that housekeeping would provide, I never got it

Stayed Friday and Saturday night. No hot water Friday night - It's a new hotel, some glitches expected but WHEN NOTHING DONE and no manager on duty all weekend and told by desk that someone would be there Monday to fix water problem - well, that is just bad hotel management - Room clean and nice but with no HOT WATER I cannot recommend this hotel and will not ever stay there again.
