Caribou Cabin at Thunder Bluff

Summary:

Come relax and feel miles away at the Caribou Cabin of Thunder Bluff. Explore the nearly 100 acres of native rock bluffs, hardwood trees, and the winding Middle Fork of the White River. We can't wait to host you whether it’s for a honeymoon, anniversary trip, couples weekend, or your favorite Razorback game. Only 10 minutes to Elkins and 15 to Fayetteville. Can be combined with our other Elk Cabin to host large/multiple families for up to 8 guests!



The Space:

We currently have 2 cabins about 200 feet away from eachother. Each cabin is identical floor plans containing a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and a queen bed with en-suite bathroom. A common area in each cabin separates the bedrooms.



The drive in contains several steep hills. 2wd cars will make it, but in inclement weather AWD or 4wd is recommended.



A walk between the cabins down the hill will lead you to the river. The river fluctuates quite substantially. Spring time will be 10+ feet higher than normal depth come summertime.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

We loved the cabin! Beautiful view, private and very peaceful. We sat by the firepit and enjoyed the sound of the river flowing down the hill. The hosts were very attentive and the cabin had all the amenities we needed. We give it all thumbs up!
