Golf trip in the Algarve

Property was not the easiest to find and the welcome information should be improved. Things like wifi access, local restaurant recommendations or things to do in the area should be available. The place itself was good and the pics of the backyard are accurate. A very nice outdoor area. Indoors things are starting to show their age.

The villa

Overall, The stay was lovely being in the hills of Portugal. Although, the villa was tired and some of the furniture wasn’t suitable for use. Including the shower doors and bedroom doors. The pool wasn’t excellent and a good size. I would suggest the location isn’t accurate and EXTREMELY hard to locate.

The worst ever

This property is not as advertised. This property is bad. If the owners do not put money into it they should not be allowed to rent. David the caretaker did try a little bit but really it needs an overhaul. The kitchen basically need pulling out the cupboard are falling apart, big holes in the doors and cupbaords, the door handle doesnt work. The kitchen sink is hanging off, its dirty. The kitchen is not fit for purpose. The furntiure in the house is ither ripped or borken, the beds are horrible. not enough to accomadte for the people advertised at all. not enought bedding beds or pillows infact we had to go and buy some bedding terrible. the ones that are there so old falling apart and smelly.. The futon is mouldy and stained. The picutes on the wall have broken frames. The furntire outside are broken or snapped. The swin is shown on the pics as brand new they are faded and snapped and borne not able to use. The pool needs sealing as the sharp edges the children kept cutting themselves on the sharp edges. The pool pump only turns on every so often i can only assume to save money. The to top it all off the internet and tv just go off midweek so didnt get any tv or internet for half the week. The road up to the villa is really bad but dont suppose that can be solved but i got stuck several times its really unsafe. I would say this holiday home is not as advertised and unless the put money into it should not be open for visiotrs to stay. Portugal however i found wonderful such friendly people happy to speak english and accomdate anything you want. The place is lovely and id suggest with children def visiting zoo marine and slide and splash. weather amazing. shame about the holiday home. I read the reviews but thought they still getting bookings maybe it better, its really not do not book. i have stayed all over the world in many places many prices but this is so not worth any money at present.

The holiday was our first in ten year so big expectations

The weather was great the area is very nice. The villa on the other hand is tired and in need of up date. The road to the villa is very uneven and the hire car took a battering getting in and out. This house is advertised as 0.3km from Faro. That's a blatant lie over 12km from the air port. You need to hire a car. And I recommend its a 4 wheel drive for the road to the house. We made the best of the situation and the area and the people are welcoming. I would recommend getting in touch with David Q, with out him our would have been a lot worse. He was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. The owned need to step up and be honest and update the house and sort the road out. The a villa pictures are miss leading. We will be going back to the Faro area to explore more. Michael

O que deveria ter sido uma semana de férias relaxantes com a minha família acabou por ser uma experiência muito decepcionante e, em alguns momentos, preocupante. A propriedade não corresponder às promessas feitas no anúncio e encontrámos vários problemas que nos deixaram desconfortáveis.A nossa experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas, o que infelizmente arruinou o nosso tempo de descanso.Detalhes da nossa experiência: * Piscina com problemas: A escada de acesso da piscina tinha degraus lascados, e alguns dos azulejos estavam soltos, o que causou ferimentos na minha família . * Conforto térmico insuficiente: Embora o anúncio mencionasse ar condicionado, apenas existia uma unidade na sala que não conseguia arrefecer o espaço, tendo se tornado um pesadelo ficar dentro de casa. * Questões de higiene: Ficámos bastante incomodados com a higiene dos colchões e das ,que tinham manchas visíveis. * Cozinha a precisar de manutenção e visivelmente com problemas de higiene.

Maison au calme et très belle vue. Bien agencé mais très chaud dans les chambres malgré les ventilateurs dont plusieurs fonctionnent mal, et climatisation ne marche pas.A revoir l’état de la cuisine et électroménager, l’eau chaude et froide compliqué dans les salles de bains, puis piscine assez dangereuse au niveau des escaliers et carrelage.Sinon maison et extérieur très agréable et propriétaire réactive et à l’écoute.

Jolie Maison avec un bel extérieur. Concernant les équipements intérieur la gazinière marche très mal(le grand feu ne marche pas) un frigo qui ne refroidit pas beaucoup (compliqué pour 8 personnes) .Un réactualisation des équipements serait un plus. De plus on ne peut pas dire que la maison est climatisé avec juste une clim (en l'occurrence qui ne marché pas) dans la salle. Les chambres plaçaient à l'opposés sont très chaude et ce n'est pas agréable pour dormir. De plus beaucoup de chiens aboient pendant tout les nuits.

Maison au calme très bien équipée avec une très grand piscine bien exposée.

Super location, au calme, grande et très bien equipee. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles. Il y a aux alentours un supermarché "jafer" assez bien achalandé. Il faut prévoir une voiture pour visiter un peu la région. Albufeira et Quateira sont à visiter. Petit bémol sur la plaque de cuisson qui est vraiment en fin de vie.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine schöne Terasse mit großen, eigenem Pool. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen. Einzig die Küche wirkte ein wenig heruntergekommen und auch die Sauberkeit in dieser ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bis zum Strand nach Fuseta fährt man ca. eine halbe Stunde. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos.

Belle villa mais a rafraîchir

Belle maison avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais il faudrais la rafraîchir un peu . Il ya quelque point à revoir ( piscine très glissante, propreté de la salle bain qui était boucher, et j'en passe , les couchages ne sont pas pour 8 adultes 4 adultes, 4 enfants , climatisation ne refroidis pas .) Point positif calme , de la place pour se garer, jolie jardin extérieur. Maison avec un très gros potentiel mais qui est a revoir . Je la recommande seulement si vous pas exigeant du tout .
