The staff were very helpful, room was small but kept very clean. Breakfast was amazing and location was convenient but buildings around the area were rough.

The property was clean but they have a bad smell problem coming from the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell. The bathroom was basically out of service all the time. I was scared to go in. I complained but they said they were fully booked and had no other room. The room is worth the money due to cleanliness but the smell made me feel like running away. If you are European and are use to sewage smell this will not bother you. Lastly they said don’t smoke in the balcony and everyone was smoking when I stepped out which was annoying.

It was a lovely hotel very small but perfect for the calm and peaceful atmosphere of Faro. The staff were lovely and very helpful when we asked questions and gave great advice on things to do. They suggested activities like the boat tour (which was amazing and i definitely suggest for people visiting if you like to learn about local geography and local people) and restaurants to visit (I can’t remember the name but there is a lovely Mexican restaurant in the town). There was no gym facilities but they helped us locate a nearby one.

Spotlessly clean and close to all amenities

This is a lovely little hotel ideally situated for exploring Faro as well as being close to both the train and bus stations. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the shower is big and powerful. The beds and pillows are very firm so will take a bit of getting used to if you are used to something softer. Breakfast is an option for 9 euros and there is plenty of variety - both hot and cold choices Overall the stay was great and would happily stay again

Great family room

We had a lovely night in the hotel after arriving in Faro. Our family room was on the top floor and we had views towards the airport. It was very quiet and it had two separate rooms for us and our teenage children. We would stay again.

Good stop over hotel

After initial concern re procedure for late checkin (slow response to messages) caused stress due to delay at passport control. Despite this, on calling reception, i had excellent clear service. Clean modern room. Good breakfast. Near old town, don't be put off by the areas 'old town' buildings. Would come again

It was fine

Location was good and hotel was clean which was why we booked this hotel. The stay was fine, but the rooms were quite tight in space with little space to open up our luggage.

The room was clean, the layout could be better. There was a separate bedroom for 2, but everyone in our party had to actually go into that bedroom to use the bathroom. The location was not bad, but if it were closer to the marina it definitely would be better.

An honest review.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff, but Misleading Room Description I recently stayed at this hotel and found its location to be very convenient — just a short walk from the city centre. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff I spoke with were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by several issues, primarily related to misleading information in the room listing. The room I booked was advertised with a beautiful sea view, but in reality, it overlooked a derelict building. When I raised this at reception, I was informed that only a few family rooms have views. On checkout, I brought up the issue again and was told that room assignments are based on availability and that "you get the room you are given." It was disappointing to later see responses to other reviews where the hotel admitted that no rooms actually have sea views — a clear case of misrepresentation. Additionally, the listing states that the hotel has a bar, which is not accurate; there is only a vending machine available. The rooms are also advertised as soundproofed, but I experienced a significant amount of noise from both foot traffic in the hallways and street traffic from the main road outside. While the staff and breakfast were highlights, the inaccurate and misleading descriptions of the amenities and room views left me dissatisfied with my stay. Was spotless, lovely helpful staff & great value. Room was ready before check in time which was great & could use hotel facilities before check in & after checkout. Good selection of items for breakfast. Close to bus stops & train station, 10mins to main shopping, eating, siteseeing area. Only negative is outlook directly outside hotel if on lower floors, but positives far outweigh it. Would definately recommend.

Room is small but comfortable. Ideal for a single person or couple. Service was friendly and efficient. Location is handy for the town but the outlook is not the best. Some strange smell emanated from the drain during the night
