Fernanda est une hôte très gentille et très attentionnée. L'appartement est situé à deux pas de la Cathédrale (magnifique) , du musée ... et est proche de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement est très propre et climatisé. La petite cours est un avantage pour un petit déj ou un café à l'extérieur.
