It has a unique open lobby with paintings around the upper level. The only thing that I didn't like about the motel was that some of the items being served at breakfast were stale.

No breakfast. It was a danish in a paper bag. No near by anything for 20 minutes due to covid I guess. Room was good. Girls up front were awesome.
Easy drive to Farmville. Available room even on short notice. Would use again if the opportunity arises again. Good reasonable restaurant next door.
Staff wasn't friendly or unfriendly, just there. Room wasn't really clean and the floor especially was really dirty. Only stayed here because it is the only hotel in the area. Since I have a 90 year old parent, I may have to stay here again, so hope this review helps to get it cleaned up.
We got to the hotel around midnight and had to be up early. Check in was quick and easy and there was ample parking. The room was clean and the shower was nice a big. The hotel was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. We did not get to partake of the breakfast but check out was just as easy as check in. The value would have been better for us if we had gotten to stay longer and use the pool or work out room at the hotel.

We stayed here while attending an event in nearby Blackstone, VA. Definetly the best hotel in the area to saty at. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and staff was extremely helpful in every area. Accomodations were average I would say, and I have no complaints. The indoor pool was closed when we stayed there. Overall a good experience, and I would stay there again.
Hotel is right off main road but has couple of difficult turns to get into parking lot. Friendly staff and very quiet. Complimentary newspaper that was from major city. Good breakfast. Overall it was a good stay and good value.
