"What we loved… Great location, the house had staples on hand like butter and coffee, the furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds, pool and outside area were really nice. The pool was still cold so couldn’t swim but it was really pleasant to sit in the outdoor area. The house itself was clean and everyone had plenty of space. What we didn’t love… The response time was disappointing compared to other VRBO or AirB&B rentals we have had. Information regarding check in was not sent when promised, during our stay it was many hours before I got a response. And while an explanation was given, I feel like if you will be unavailable, you should have a backup. Some cutlery was pretty dirty, as if it did not come clean in the dishwasher. A cookie sheet had baked on food- as if it had not been washed after using. The remote control for the living room was missing so we had to keep switching to the ones for the bedroom, neither of which worked consistently."
