Welcome to our charming Cape cottage located in the beautiful Falmouth Heights! Our cozy and inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is just a block away from the beach, making it the perfect spot for your seaside vacation.

Our cottage is tastefully decorated with a classic Cape Cod feel, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and linens, providing a peaceful night's rest after a day of beachcombing and sightseeing.

Our location is unbeatable, with the beach just a block away and a plethora of beachfront restaurants nearby. You'll have your pick of delicious seafood and local fare, and enjoy stunning views of the ocean while you dine.

Take a stroll to Falmouth Harbor, just a short distance away, and watch the boats come and go. Downtown Falmouth is also easily accessible, offering a variety of boutique shops, art galleries, and cultural attractions.
