Just a 15 minute drive into Downtown Asheville where you will find top rated restaurants and breweries, 9 miles to the beautiful Biltmore Estate for wine tasting or tours, and 5 miles to enter the Blue Ridge Parkway if you are up for some hiking! Also, just a 1/2 mile down the road you’ll find a local brewery, creamery and wine bar. Come relax on the large front porch in our mountain retreat!

*We are located in the mountains with beautiful nature around. This home does not have screen doors, so if doors are left open, the nature could come in. We do treat for pests, but it is best to close the doors behind you to try and keep mosquitos and such outside.

* Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
* Trash will need to be placed inside the bins located outside of the home to try and keep bears and other animals away.
* Any damage or excessive messes that need additional cleaning and/or repairs, the cost will be passed on to the guests from the maintenance crew.
* Upon check out, clean any dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it.

Comfortable Holiday getaway

Our hosts were fantastic with communication, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable. The house was super clean and equipped and we were able to pull of Thanksgiving dinner away from home. We had a lovely family time, enjoying the hot tub and game room and living areas. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Wonderful property great location

This property is very well presented prepared and managed for a VRBO property. Our family (two adults, three teens) were extremely happy with everything offered. The property was exactly as presented on VRBO and we had no issues. It was comfortable, clean, up to date and very well organized. The decor and home finishing were modern and well presented. This is a highly rated property for a reason. If we make it back to Asheville we definitely will rebook. We intentionally did not stay in Asheville proper but it only took 15 minutes or so to get where we planned. No issue there but do expect to drive to locations if you book this property. Thank you to the hosts for a fabulous and carefree stay.

The house was great and Carly the host was very responsive to any questions. The house is located on a quiet street and is close to most major things you might want to visit. Perfect Place for Quality Time!

My friends and I had a wonderful time catching up and getting the group together at this house! The living room and kitchen are airy and open, the back porch is expansive, and the upstairs room is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some games. This home was perfect for our family time together. The hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Great house and location

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and new. Anything you would need was thought of in advance. The locations is excellent, making it just a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Asheville and 30 minutes to 1 hour to great hiking and outdoor activities. Right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Kids loved the games upstairs and there was plenty to do to keep us busy and have time to relax. Would come again!
