With a sparkling in-ground pool, a separate pool house, and space to sleep up to 14 guests, it's one of the largest family holiday houses in the area.

Set across two levels plus the pool house, the property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, ceiling fan and TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe, while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed plus a set of single bunks — great for the kids. Two double sofa beds in the pool house's second lounge sleep 4 more guests on request, bringing total capacity to 14.

The pool house is where this property really comes into its own: a second lounge, wet bar, pool table, bathroom and laundry, separate from the main house and fully air-conditioned — ideal for letting the adults and kids spread out, or hosting a crowd without anyone under each other's feet. Alongside it, the sparkling in-ground pool comes with sun loungers and deck chairs, and a large deck with BBQ, sink and outdoor dining overlooking the lawns. As evening falls, gather round the fire pit under the stars.

Inside, the open-plan living area is built for family entertaining, with a 12-seater dining setting overlooking the pool and lawns, a cosy lounge with a heater for cooler nights, and a second air-conditioned lounge with its own heater, ceiling fan and TV. The kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances, a pod coffee machine, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher and a butler's pantry — set up for cooking a full family feast.
