Beautiful Farm House with private pool and tennis court

Casa dos Pinheiros, a small paradise in the north of Portugal, is an agricultural estate with a seven hectare vineyard, has a small house by the pool, fully equipped.
This small house has two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, porch and barbecue (maximum capacity of four adults and two children). It is due to its location - close to the cities of Fafe, Guimarães, Braga and Porto - and its stunning landscape, an invitation to tranquility and ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Northern Portugal.
The house has independent entrance with private parking, large garden, magnificent swimming pool with 20m, lawns and tennis courts, for the exclusive use of guests.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Just perfect

We had the most amazing week staying here. The gardens and view are just beautiful. The house is cozy and quaint and has everything that we needed. The lovely friendly owners had the right balance of being on hand but also leaving us to enjoy our holiday. The area is brilliant with lots of fun and interesting things to do. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely consider staying here again when next in Portugal.

Perfect property for a relaxing holiday.

Once inside the gate it is remarkable how spacious the grounds of this property are. The photographs are accurate but do not convey the atmosphere of peace and tranquillity in extensive grounds which you are welcome to explore. The pool is large, clean and a lovely temperature. The House Martins, Wagtails, small owls and Hoopoes come to visit the gardens filled with agapanthus. The owners house is to the side but not intrusive. We met Sophia and Mauricio on arrival and departure but could contact them anytime. They speak very good English and are very friendly. The house itself is very sympathetically furnished in a Portuguese traditional style in keeping with the house and grounds and the owners have put some thought into making it look welcoming. It has everything you need for a get away holiday. The bathrooms are modern and beds comfortable, the two singles are large singles. The local village has all the amenities but you will need to drive, the big supermarket is about 7 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring the local area. Guimaraes the nearest big town is 30 minutes by car, easy to get too with good parking, interesting streets and shops. Highly recommended for couples and for families as plenty of outside space, tennis courts (racquets are supplied) football table and nearby lake beach to keep people occupied.

Amazing Pool

So, you'll choose this property for the outside space, which is amazing. It is actually even better than it looks in the pictures and lots of options for sitting in the sun or shade. There is a lovely outdoor eating area with brick barbecue, which we used a lot. The pool is bigger than most hotel pools so it's a treat to have it to yourself. The property is unusual and very traditional. The bedrooms are comfy and the lounge is full of interesting pictures and items. Although quite remote, it's less than 10 minutes into Fafe which is totally untouristy but rather nice. There are several big supermarkets with late opening. We really enjoyed staying here.

Heel aangenaam en rustig domein quasi helemaal voor jezelf. Perfect voor een gezin van vijf! Het gigantische zwembad is de absolute troef. Daarnaast ook het tennisveld en de andere ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Qua locatie ideaal om wijde omgeving te bezoeken zoals Guimaraes, Braga, Porto en zelfs Aveiro...
