This elegant home is beautifully appointed; large open plan kitchen, dining and living space with plenty of room for all. Amble onto the large deck and cook dinner in paradise. Enjoy Exmouth sunsets from a private jetty and canal access, with space to fit a 12m boat.
Kitchen has modern appliances; dishwasher and a fridge / freezer with chilled water and ice making abilities.

The home includes four bedrooms; Bedroom 1: Queen sized with large ensuite and spa. Bedroom 2: Queen sized. Bedroom 3: Two singles. Bedroom 4: Two singles and a Tri-Bunk.
All these are serviced by a large family bathroom with separate water closet and a full laundry.
Outside: Large expansive deck and a fully fenced yard. Barbeque. Fully functioning sink. Plenty of space for three cars, boats or trailers (height restriction under carport of 2.1m)

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Maintenance Issues
Property is in a lovely location, despite being close to main road was quiet.
As advertised property accomodates 10 comfortably.
Property has a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. List provided to Agent.
Agent attended to urgent call out for empty gas bottles.
Fridge struggled with addition of food to cool, took 12+ hours to perform.
Some of mattresses need replacing as are only thin foam. Ended up putting on floor due to discomfort.
Rubbish disposal at this property is an issue, once a week for 10 people is inadequate.
Property was clean & tidy, however, expect everything to be working order for the price per night that that was paid.
Appreciated that agent allowed a little earlier entry than stated time.
