My latest stay here has been horrible because housekeeping didn't clean my room, only putting the blanket back on the bed. I brought this to the attention of reception and he got an attitude with me, telling me that housekeeping did clean the room. Needless to say I checked out a day early and the hotel wanted to charge me a fee. I would not recommend this hotel to American tourists.
The hotel room was nice and the staff was friendly but there were several downsides to this hotel. The biggest was the room was always hot (no airconditioning and no ventilation). Even when the weather was pleasant outside the room was very warm inside (basically we sweated all night even with the window open - and it should have had a screen). The Wifi only worked in the lobby and the safe did not work at all.
This was not a pleasant stay. The hotel did not have air conditioning. Which is not necessarily a problem but wile the weather outside was pleasant the hotel was very hot (I assume poor circulation) - it was difficult to sleep. The Wifi only worked in the hotel lobby, not in ones room. The safe in the room did not work. It was not easy to find notwithstanding the comment that you could see it from the highway. Aside from the hotel cafe/bar you had to drive to get to any restaurants. But the basic problem is for a relatively expensive hotel it was very unpleasant.
