Peaceful Farm Escape | Cozy + Hot Tub
Want to experience nature without roughing it? The Little Barn offers the beauty of the outdoors, sunsets, fresh air, and quiet nights, paired with the comforts you actually want. No tent. No noise. Just peace, privacy, and the charm of farm life.
Your Space to Slow Down Set on our 117-acre working Wagyu farm, the Little Barn is a cozy, one-of-a-kind escape for adults who crave stillness and simplicity. With solid walls, a real bed, and warm touches throughout, this isn’t camping. It’s farm-style glamping made easy.
Inside the Barn Step into your own private retreat. There’s a comfortable queen bed with bedding, a wall heater to keep you warm, a small fridge for your essentials, and a simple bar counter for your morning coffee. We provide fresh drinking water.
Outdoors, It’s All Yours Evenings by the fire pit. Mornings with birdsong. No shared walls, no crowds. Just wide-open land and room to breathe. You’ll have easy parking right outside the door, a clean portable toilet, a refreshing outdoor shower and sink, and trails to wander or bike at your own pace.
Farm Store and Hot Tub After a day of exploring or unwinding, enjoy a private soak in our guest-only hot tub, open daily from 8 am to 9 pm. You’ll receive a link in your confirmation email to choose your personal time slot so the space is all yours to relax and enjoy.
Visit our on-site farm store for fresh eggs, Wagyu beef, sausage, and bacon.
What to Expect The barn is peaceful and private, but you’ll still feel the gentle rhythm of farm life. Our Wagyu cattle graze nearby, gardens are in bloom, and occasionally, you might wave to another guest at the farmhouse or campground. Everyone has their own space, and it stays quiet and calm.
You’ll find a hot water kettle and a picnic table for meals. We recommend bringing along your own pots, pans, and basic cooking gear, but if you forget something, just let us know, we usually have extras to share.
Bedding Options We provide clean bedding for your stay, neatly stored in a tote inside the barn. The bed will be left unmade so you can either use our bedding or bring your own—whichever you prefer.

Tiny home Big comfort
This was such a an enjoyable place to stay. The tiny home itself was modern and comfortable. Very simple yet we felt right at home. The property was very well kept, beautiful gardens and plenty of space to relax or just wander. A short car ride to town. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating - thank you for a wonderful stay.
The hosts were friendly and wonderful! The farm is charming and peaceful. We loved the hot tub and firepit. Perfect escape from the city! We stayed in the small barn cabin and it was comfy and warm and perfect! Thanks Lisa and Glen xo
If you're a fan of Wagyu Beef, this amazing glamping experience is for you!!! The beautiful farm was surrounded by a hundred acres of corn and raspberry fields as well. Comfortable, and cozy accommodations.

What a Fantastic Camping Cabin!
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Camping Cabin and would highly recommend it for a tranquil and rejuvenating vacation. The experience was exactly as described – like camping, but with the comfort of a cozy bed. The serene woodland surroundings were delightful, and we relished relaxing in the charming wooden cabin. The Wi-Fi connectivity was outstanding, allowing me to do some work during my trip. Lisa and Glen were exceptional hosts, and we would eagerly return for another visit!
We will be back!

What an Amazing Stay!
It's a definite 10/10 recommendation! Discover an enchanting hidden gem at an affordable rate! Our accommodating host is always ready to promptly address any inquiries. I wholeheartedly endorse this charming retreat for those seeking tranquility. Impeccably maintained and pristine, Oostema Farmstead is where we'll choose to stay on our next visit to this corner of Washington.

Beware the bed didn't come with sheets....
The cabin is simple and clean. The farm is relaxing, however I was really disappointed that the Queen bed didn't come with bedding. For the price you pay, this should not be acceptable. We travelled from Canada, and didn't realize when booking that in the smaller print it says *bring your sleeping bags. We also didn't recieve the welcome email with all this information until the day of. We asked the property managers if they had any bedding on hand as we travelled form far and they said it was an additional $35USD. If we wanted to sleep in sleeping bags we would have camped. The reason we booked the room was for a proper bed. We ended up having to go to Target last minute and purchase sheets as it seemed ridiculous to pay $35 for sheets for one night.
Ask most people if they've ever booked a room that didn't come with sheets and they'd likely agree that it's very odd.
