Got to the hotel late because our flight was delayed. Hotel was locked and couldn’t get in. I had my 90 year old mom with me. Stood outside for 10 calling and no one answered. Put all of our luggage back in the car and kept calling. Finally got someone to answer. Got luggage back out and checked in. Got up to room and keys don’t work. Tried calling and no one answered. Went downstairs. Couldn’t find anyone. Went back upstairs to get my mom an and all of the luggage. Sat in lobby and kept calling. Finally answered and got us new keys in the right room. Not a good experience.

Really liked that there was a noon check out and also that this hotel is pet friendly with a reasonable $25 pet fee. Breakfast had more options than just cereal, we appreciated the hot food options.

The breakfast options were a lovely surprise, and for our extended stay, the actual dishes and silverware instead of disposable was a very nice touch. Coffee in a real mug is miles ahead of coffee in paper cups.
