My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy a snowed in weekend together. However, after the first night of nearly freezing we called it off and headed home. The places heater wouldn’t keep the tiny room above 50 degrees, the wood burning fireplace put off so much smoke we couldn’t use it to get warm. We brought steaks for dinner but nothing to cook with or on, only a microwave and toaster. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this was by far the worst experience. These places definitely should not be rented during the winter months.

Sweet Summer Escape

We enjoyed this house nestled into the town. It was close to food and all the shops. The bed was comfortable and soft, and it was the perfect size for a couples get away.
