Absolutely amazing stay. Very comfortable and clean! Of the snow and ice wasn’t so bad, we could have walked to town but the trolley stop was right outside our door. Would definitely stay again. Warm heat and nice hot water!

The Village Belles (4 fun old ladies) had a wonderful time here for our annual girls trip. The beds were so comfortable. Check in was easy. Close to downtown and we caught a ride in the trolley right in front of our place. Breakfast snacks and coffee were awesome. We were so pleased with our stay. Would definitely return. Our hosts checked in with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. Spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extras provided, too. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the vibe was even better than the photos. We couldn’t have asked for more—would definitely come back!

This rental was perfect. Very clean and comfy and located on a quiet street. The parking spots were a bonus! Hosts supplied a generous amount of coffee, snacks and quick breakfast treats. We loved the shuffleboard! Highly recommend staying here for your Eureka Springs getaway!

Exactly as pictured & described plus some! This place was very comfortable & great for family time & meals. The location was good & conveniently located. I loved the wood slat blinds - easy & effective. Parking was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

My husband my daughter and I stayed at the cottage for a long leisurely weekend. The cottage was a very nice place to stay! Very close to downtown, beautiful property and coy pond. The shuffle board game was a really nice touch too! Our family really enjoyed this a lot, and it gave us something to do when it rained or just staying in for the night, we enjoyed the board games too! The bed was comfortable. The bathtub is small so not really a soaker a tub. It was nice to have real silverware/pots and pans with all the amenities! Soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning counter spray even shampoo/conditioner, trash sacks, paper towels cottons for face care were included-and snacks/coffee! The game room was also a nice touch but we couldn’t get 1 of the games to function properly. I would have liked access to a small broom to keep things tidy. Our stay was lovely and we look forward to a return visit!

Awesome stay

The beds are so comfortable, slept better than I do at home. The house is so cozy and comfortable. The property is very clean and the hosts have tried hard to make sure that you're comfortable. I would love to visit again.

Great location!

House is absolutely gorgeous and on a quiet street. We loved being able to leave our car and walk to shops and restaurants! The set up is perfect for two couples or a family as each bedroom has their own bathroom and the living area is very spacious. The arcade games were a blast! Host was super easy to communicate with and beds were very comfy! No cons!
