Suite was nicely furnished, plenty of room and private. The outdoor surroundings and decks are very relaxing and comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was delivered to our room at the time of our choosing and was amazing! Pleasant walk to downtown. John is the most attentive innkeeper we have ever encountered! We will be back!
My wife and I loved our visit to Eureka Spring's Hidden Springs B&B. We were there in late May and were blessed with honeysuckle fragrance all around the property. We liked the location as it is a reasonable and pleasant walk into the shopping area (and we didn't have to mess with the crowded parking downtown). The owner (John) was as kind as can be. It was a particular treat to be able to eat our hearty breakfast out on a deck overlooking wildlife. We certainly plan to return.
John is an excellent host, answered all my questions cheerfully & added great recommendations and tips! The location is perfect, we could easily walk into town (which is preferable to traffic & parking). John keeps the place immaculate, the breakfast is delicious. The decks are delightful to sit, bird watch & relax! Great b & b!!!
John is a wonderful host. He greeted all the guests as we filed in and provided a brief history and background of the home (as a real estate agent I LOVED the history of this home). Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every bite of it on our private deck.
From the beginning service was excellent. My mother had health issues and John made sure she was taken care of including my dad who has bad knees. They even had us over for breakfast and served the most delicious meal. I couldn't have asked for better service and a home life feel. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Thank you sooo much for being so hospitable and a good friend.
John, we wanted to say THANK YOU for the fabulous stay! Your hospitality and kindness were unmatched! Loved the beautiful place you have! Certainly plan to return! Perfect location! Walking distance to historic downtown! This place is immaculately clean! The Slumber Hill Cottage was so beautiful, quaint and romantic! Our private cottage had a nice sitting area, with fireplace and TV, private porch with beautiful view of Christ of the Ozark statue, huge garden tub with jets, walk-in shower, space for hanging clothes, wonderfully comfortable bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, sink, microwave and frig, dishes, coffee maker, varieties of coffee and tea, breakfast bars, even a full candy dish (hubby loved!) I can't say enough about the small details that makes this place top notch. John's hospitality goes over and above any host I've ever known! He made us a great home cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage, muffins, 4 kinds of fresh fruit, 2 kinds of juice, and gourmet coffee! John delivered a thermos of hot coffee to our doorstep every morning before breakfast, made dinner reservations for us, even offered to come get us if we were too tired to walk back from downtown! How nice is that! He told us the unique history of Hidden Springs B&B and interesting stories about Eureka Springs. He answered all our questions and offered tips on restaurants, sites to see, and assisted us with driving directions (Note: this town is gorgeous, but a bit tricky to figure out the quirky layout of the streets!)The main house has a sitting parlor and full kitchen (stocked with snacks, fruit, and drinks) that was available to us 24/7. This host makes you feel like welcomed guests, but really more like family! There is no doubt, we will be back! Best stay ever!
We enjoyed the Hidden Springs Bed and Breakfast so much. It was in a peaceful, quiet setting. With the trees all around it was also private. We enjoyed setting out on the private deck. Our host did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and his breakfasts were delicious and more than we could eat.
It was my girlfriend's birthday and we decided to spend the weekend in Eureka Springs, instead of going to Branson. We are so glad that we did. We are also glad that we stayed here. John even arranged to have chocolates and sparkling juice in the room for us. It was such a nice touch and added to a great time at Hidden Springs. Highly recommend.
Our stay in the Northlawn Carriage House was very nice. John worried that it would be too small for us, but it was not. We had plenty of room, and we enjoyed eating breakfast on our porch although it was a little cool. The walk down to town is only a few blocks and we made it every day. Can not wait to go back.
there is little more to write, than to say how much we loved hidden springs. we had such a wonderful weekend, and the service could not have been better. the food was delicious and served hot right to us. we loved the place and will be back soon.
