Bad Experience

Outside of hotel is very dirty and run down. The pictures online do not match. The woman working the front counter was extremely rude. We requested a full refund and stayed at another hotel. The property manager was very kind and understanding.

We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance

poor outside condition

the outside wasn't in good shape. rooms clean bed not comfortable and I tan and some tanning residue got on sheets. so I was charged 30.00. It comes out with bleach. never had that happen

Pleasant Surprise.

The space for the price was amazing! Much more private than expected. The bathroom was quite large. You may want to request extra blankets. I was very happy with the room!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was updated, though you can hear your neighbors easily. The bed was a memory foam bed and it was so comfortable to us. We got a great nights sleep! The motel was close to downtown and easy to find. The only thing I had a 'problem' with was on the pictures, they showed a cute little outdoor seating area which I didn't find on the property. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Everything was great except for the hard mattress! (Was more of an issue for my husband, than it was for me) it was a very firm memory foam I believe. Other than that, everything went very well!!

Our stay would have been wonderful, but the walls are very thin and there is a gap at the adjoining door between rooms. I had my child with me and we had to listen to a couple having way too much fun if you know what I mean literally all night long I had on the White Noise machine and the TV and we could still hear it. Lol maybe they could work on insulating somehow a little better. Also, the door came open when I was in the shower and scared me to death when I opened the door and the door was open to the outside thank goodness I had the latch closed so it couldn’t open all the way. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition but the woman that worked there was so super sweet even met me when it wasn’t her shift to give me ice.
