Such a cozy little cabin! Perfect for a couple. The place is clean and bright, located in a perfect spot to explore Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Several trailheads and the beautiful Smith River are just a short distance away. We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!

This property is idyllic for those wanting to explore the redwood parks nearby or simply enjoy a forest retreat. You wouldn’t know by the peaceful setting that the cabins are just off of hwy 199. Each cabin is new, beautifully rustic and surrounded by redwoods. We loved the well placed hooks in the walls for our hiking gear. Our dog was very comfy and we were delighted with the outdoor picnic table, indoor seating and comfy bed. James was very responsive to all communication and so friendly. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Cute and cozy cabin tucked away in a peaceful, woodsy setting near Crescent City. This spot feels perfect for a glamping-style getaway, especially if you enjoy comfort with a touch of rustic charm. The cabin comes with a full-sized bathroom, a bedroom with a full/queen bed, plus a twin foam mattress that can be used on the floor. The sofa could work for an extra guest, though it's not a sleeper. There’s a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and mini fridge, along with a two-person dining table in the corner. Outside, the porch has two chairs for morning coffee or evening unwinding, and there's also a picnic table close by. The downsides: there’s no TV or Wi-Fi, and the door lock was low on battery which caused beeping during the night. Since we were just stopping overnight on our way north, the lack of TV and internet didn’t affect us too much—but it’s worth noting for travelers who need to stay connected. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy a secluded retreat. Not ideal for those who need consistent connectivity, but wonderful for a quiet escape.

Great place to stay if traveling with a partner/spouse etc. would not recommend for anyone with family as it is fairly small for that. Amazing location for visiting redwoods and coast of California, with short drive to many trails or into town for dinner/shopping/site seeing! Quiet & clean cabin, nice shower and comfortable bed. No TV or WiFi, but for a short stay, this was perfect for us.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Booked this little gem for a 1-night stay during our adventures of driving the California to Oregon Coast. The details for the layout and fitting all the amenities into this small cabin were well thought out! We would 100% recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Small but Nice

Good. Very nice bed. Only negative is it seemed small for my family, and could have used more seating (couch and 2 kitchen chairs was all) though there was not enough room for more.
