Great 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house! Close to everything but very private!
Very comfortable and well-furnished bedrooms. There is a queen bed and 43” smart TV in the four of the bedrooms and a double bed in the fifth.
Pull out sofa has a double bed for additions guests. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and compact breakfast table that seats 4. You'll find all the essentials needed for preparing meals, making this house perfect for longer stays or large families. Ground coffee provided!
Two separate living areas, each with a large sectional sofa, 55” smart tv and electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Dining table sits 6 people.
There are three full bathrooms. ****The whole house is included, no others guests will be on site.


- **Wi-Fi:** High-speed internet is available throughout both units.
- ** Laundry room with complimentary supplies included.
- **Parking:** Free parking is available on the premises. There are 5 free parking spots directly in front. Large trailers are not recommended.
- **Outdoor Space:** A covered porch offers a space to relax outdoors, with seating and a Weber grill for your use. -**There is a big, well fenced yard in the back with a fire pit. 1/2 mile from new Humboldt Bay bicycle and walking Trail scheduled for completion early summer 2025!

Excellent stay in Eureka!

This is an amazing property for large families and/or friends traveling together! The duplex is newly remodeled and very well-appointed with parking for several vehicles. We had plenty of room for our gathering of four families, and the host could not have been nicer! He was very responsive when we needed more pellets for the stove, and was kind enough to allow us to stay a little longer when we encountered a flat tire upon checkout. Highly recommend and would stay again!
